Security Man Found Dead In Galamsey Pit In Akanteng.
A 50-years-old private security man identified as Tetteh Koda has reportedly been found in an abandoned galamsey pit filled with water in Akanteng, a community in the West Akyem Municipality in the Eastern region.
According to the Municipal Director of NADMO, Addo Kwasi Annor the body of Tetteh Koda has been deposited at the St. Dominic Hospital Morgue by some police officers and workers of the National Disaster Management Organisation.
Investigations are being conducted by the Asamankese Police to know the cause of the incident.
