COVID-19: Two Health Officers Test Positive For Coronavirus In Bolgatanga.
Two health workers of the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital have tested positive for the deadly coronavirus after exposure to an infected patient in the Upper East Region.
The Upper East Directorate confirmed that the two health workers are among the eight(8) cases recorded in the region as of Friday, 17 April 2020.
The Directorate also urged residents to follow all protocols instructed by the Ghana Health Service and also remain calm as the nation works to bring the situation under control.
Meanwhile, Ghana has so far recorded 641 cases of the novel coronavirus, eighty-three(83) patients have recovered, 175 of them are responding well to treatment while two(2) are on ventilators.
