The Motor Transport and Traffic Directorate (MTTD) could arrest rapper, Medikal over fake number plate on the car gift he presented to actress Fella Makafui on Friday, November, 23, 2018.
According to information gathered by pulse.com, sources at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) have revealed that there is no vehicle with registration number FELLA 18-18 in their database.
The MTTD which is an agency under the Ghana Police Service, is responsible for road safety in Ghana. The functions of the MTTU are varied but include collaboration with road safety stakeholders such as Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) is set to arrest the ‘confirm’ hitmaker for placing a number plate FELLA 18-18 which is not in the database of the DVLA on the car he presented to his girlfriend last Friday.
Over the years, MTTD of the Ghana Police Service and the DVLA have alerted the public to emerging fake car number plates in the system.
They have cautioned that, the police would arrest anyone found with the fake number plates, adding that they would face prosecution as directed by the law.
