Adu Sarfowaa reacts to news of her arrest by the Police

Adu Sarfowaa has confirmed that she was indeed picked up by the Ghana Police yesterday but it is not as the media reported.

A video on social media showed he most powerless celebrity in Ghana, Adu Safowaa incarcerated in a police station due to a public beef with a certain Nana Doe and media personality Nana Aba Anamoah.

It was rumored that the police picked her up for defaming the two personalities but Sarfowaa has come out to clear the air.

According to the blabbermouth, she was never put behind bars but was invited to the police station for some questioning.

She said as a citizen who obeys the laws of the country, she went by herself to the police station as requested.

Adu Sarfowaa added that news which went viral that she was placed behind bars was false but she was at the police station.

She said she was rather asked to wait at the counter back and not in the cells as many reported.

“I am a citizen of the Republic of Ghana. If someone is Reported by another to the police….. and the person gets invitation by the police, the invitation must be respected.”

“I paid heed with my lawyers to Ashongman police station on a Report of a gentleman. I was asked by the police to sit at counter back for questioning….. I did as every citizen will. Later, a video is taking of me sitting at counter back. Are you all not ashamed what your country Ghana is becoming?
People can video even at places, where a citizen life is to be protected.
Jubilating on the internet about me @globaladusafowah does nothing …. Pray you can stand this situations when it happens to you. I am still the toughest.”
